Ordering a POC is as easy as 1, 2, 3.

  1. Chose the POC that best suits your needs. If your not sure, just call us, we're
    here to help you in any way we can to provide you with a worry free travel

  2. Download the Rental Agreement HERE fill it out and send it back to us via fax at
    1-310-559-5327 or via U. S. Mail. Remember, your POC will not be reserved until
    we receive the completed contract which must be signed by the card holder.
  3. Relax and enjoy the freedom that your POC provides and don't forget to fax us
    your prescription and the rental contract to the number listed above.
